The problem with the customer always being right is that few business believe that, us included. That's why we have flipped our philosophy. We make you the boss. Everyone knows that the boss is always right, even when wrong. When you hire AV Live we work for you and do what you want. Hey you're the boss, what would you like us to do for you?
You will receive fast and professional responses. Phone calls and email will be returned within 24 hours or better.
You can feel at ease. Our standard setup time is 90 minutes before your event starts. We do this even though it only takes 30 minutes to setup. This leaves us an hour to mingle and get the feel of the event. You can also choose an early setup time if needed, just ask us.

AV Live will make sure you get the event that you dream of. We will meet with you to discover your tastes, your needs, your style, your vision, and what you have planned for your event.
During this meeting we will take notes of your suggestions and input. This will drive the outcome of your event. Your concerns will be addressed, your requests will be played, we will adhere to your Must Play List and more importantly your Do Not Play List.
Most events don't follow the exact established timeline. Everything from a slow dinner to more pictures to late arrivals can change the timeline. That's OK! AV Live is very flexible and will adapt to schedule changes. We plan on these things.
With our equipment being highly technical, failure can and has happened. However, we've never suffered a 100% failure. Our system is built like a satellite. We've designed the backup to be built in. What this means is that we can switch to backup equipment on the fly. We don't have to go to the trailer and drag out and setup a second system. All in all if something goes really wrong, we will be up and dancing within 3 or 4 minutes, not half an hour. Our competition can't do that.
We also carry a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy for our company. As more and more venues require proof of event professionals having a liability insurance policy, we're prepared.
Appropriate attire will be worn at all times. Our approach to attire is business casual. We do not wear Tuxedos at the risk of being better dressed than the best man. We will wear nice business clothing with the men wearing ties and the women conservatively dressed. Our goal is to blend in. Of course, if you have something crazy in mind, that's okay to. We've been known to bust out our best Hawaiian or even Green Bay Packer outfits.
There will be no unexpected guests at your event. Our prospective clients are not allowed to come to private functions to 'preview' us. We currently play over 50 DJ & Karaoke shows every month. These shows are in taverns and restaurants. We have no need to "invite" someone to your event.
We have Wedding Reception packages ranging from $400 to $1200 and Tavern Karaoke packages ranging from $160 to $400, there is a package that will fit your budget and needs.
When you hire AV Live, you will be dealing exclusively with Video Jockeys trained by VJ Playmaker, aka Mat Larson. He's regarded as one of the Top VJs in the Midwest and has played primary markets in Minneapolis, Chicago, Green Bay, Milwaukee & Madison. Your VJ will be a Premier Entertainer and coinsure of Musicology. For a premium fee you could even book VJ Playmaker himself.
