Wedding Package Information
So, what exactly does AV Live provide for your Wedding?
Pre Booking Consultation: 30 Minutes - 1 hour
This is where we first discover what it is that you are looking for. You will be asked several questions that will help give us an idea of what your overall vision is for your reception.
Using that information we'll suggest the products that we supply which will help
your event. We will also answers any questions you have. Together, we will discuss what is important to you and how your vision will become a reality.
Music Research: 1 - 2 hours
Making sure that all your favorites and specific requests are on hand is very important. If there's something not in our database, we will go out and get it. In some rare cases, if a song selection or request is not commercially available or hard to find, we may ask you to provide a copy if we're unable to obtain it.
Because we are a digital only service, we may have to take time to convert the
music to our format.
Creating The Event Agenda: 1 - 2 hours
We will check in with you regularly to offer assistance through the planning stages. We are here to serve as an advisor to you, offer advice and suggestions, and answer any questions you have along the way. Once the planning is completed, we take everything and produce a formalized agenda for the day.
Event Consultation: 1 - 2 hours
Within a month or so before the event date, we will set up a time to go over all the event details, either by meeting or to discussing by phone. This is the point where you get to put your final seal of approval on everything.
Our preferred meeting method is over a cup of coffee. This way everyone's
mind gets time to clear and discover all aspects that need to be reviewed.
This is by far the most important thing we do for preparation.
Ceremony Rehearsal: 1 - 2 hours
This part of the process takes us over the reheral several times. We do our best
to learn the details as best as possible, so as to have a clear picture of what
is going for the day. We do a walk through of each of the formalities.
Equipment Pickup, Travel, Setup, & Breakdown: 4 - 5 hours
We arrive 1 ½ to 2 hours before your event to ensure adequate set up time, take the time to coordinate with the event staff and other wedding professionals ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Performance: 4 - 6 hours

Total Time Invested: 12 - 20 hours
As you can see, it's not as simple as just playing 4 hours of music. The total time invested goes well beyond that and doesn't include the unforeseen / incidentals along the way, plus all the little things being done behind the scenes.
We purchase new Music, Videos, & Karaoke tracks every month. Updating our
systems and maintaining our equipment also takes a lot of time.
Our price quotations are not based on playing music for a few hours. We quote our packages accordingly with all these factors in mind.
